We want to emphasize that we take great care in inspecting each order upon reception. If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions. Items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. In the case of exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you receive exactly what you desire without delay.

For our customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Just like our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
