How can I place an order?
Placing an order is straightforward! Browse our collection, select the items that catch your eye, and then personalize your choices. Add everything to your cart, and when you’re ready, go to checkout to enter your shipping information and payment details. Your stylish new apparel and/or accessories are just a few clicks away—take action now!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Please note that returns can only be accepted for design flaws, as we cannot accept returns for customized items. Make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and has the tags attached. How long does shipping take?
We strive to fulfill your order with utmost efficiency. Should you place your order prior to 4 PM CST, your apparel will generally be dispatched within 2-3 business days. You may anticipate the arrival of your products within a week and a half, contingent upon your selected shipping method, the quantity of items ordered, and the distance from our location in Benton, KY.
Do you offer exchanges?
This is a tricky question! While we do not process direct exchanges due to product personalization, if there is a design flaw, we will arrange for a replacement!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your item arrives defective or damaged, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right, ensuring you receive the quality you deserve.
